General Refunds
- Processing Fee: All refunds are subject to a 10% processing fee.
Cancellation Before Check-In
- 30 or More Days Before Check-In:
- You will receive a 100% refund of your booking amount (minus the processing fee).
- 14 Days Before Check-In:
- You will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount (minus the processing fee).
- Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In:
- Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice.

Special Exception for Last-Minute Bookings
- If Your Booking Is Made Within 30 Days of Check-In:
- You are eligible for a 100% refund (minus the processing fee) if you cancel within 12 hours of making the booking.
