Nomadhut isn’t just another coliving brand—it’s a vision in motion. We’re building a global network of creative, affordable spaces for founders, makers, and remote workers who want more than just a desk or a room. We believe in long-term community, shared ownership, and designing life around deep work, exploration, and meaningful connection.

Our first location in Tenerife, Canary Islands is currently under renovation. It’s a former ground floor garage of a hotel, that then became a supermarket, before closing as a pizzeria 15 years ago… being reimagined into a coliving hub with space to work, build, rest, and collaborate by the sea.
